WHAT's all this then, eh?

In 2016 I stumbled upon a beautiful minimalist deck of cards designed by Joe Doucet. As I thumbed through the deck it occurred to me how great it would be if I asked 54 of my favourite artists to draw a bespoke sketch on each of the cards. So I did.

Each of the cards in the gallery will be updated with the sketch as they arrive, along with a link to the relevant artist. If you like the look of the card, please do check out their site - many of them offer art books and often original art for sale.

This is an ongoing project which may take some time what with 54 cards (the full deck plus the two jokers) to be accounted for before the deck is complete, but you can keep up to date with its progress here should it tickle your fancy.
